Simona's first trip to Cleveland was May 19-21. We drove! It went surprisingly well, thanks to lots of brightly colored faces scaring her into silent submission for hours on end. Lots of aunts and uncles and great aunts and great uncles, not to mention her grandparents, wrestled each other for a chance to hold her at the pig roast that Nonna and Nonno held in her honor. No serious injuries, thankfully.
